NAKED Soul Experience - Rest to Reset -

What is it, that you really need right now? When you take a look at the collective field; when you come to term with your life; when you suddenly get hit by unexpected news; when you find yourself wondering in the intimate silence of the night; when you take a moment away from the daily frenzy: what is it, that you yearn for?

Naked Soul Experience is our answer to this question: a gentle homecoming; a soft and sacred space for collective remembering and individual awakening.

Over 8 nourishing days, you are lovingly invited to return to your essence—slowly, soulfully, and with deep reverence for all that you are.

Held by the embracing energy of Serra Vida—a sanctuary surrounded by the wild beauty of nature—you’ll be immersed in a container woven with connection, rituals, stillness, and shared truth.

Each day we gather in the naked circle, where we move together through practices that awaken the body, soften the heart, and bring us back to the wisdom within. This is not about fixing or becoming—but about unveiling. About remembering what’s already here, beneath the stories and layers we’ve worn for so long.

We breathe.
We move.
We sound.
We touch.
We feel deeply.
We listen.

We listen to our bodies, to each other, to the earth beneath our bare feet.

This is a space where you are met exactly where you are, as you are. A space to release, to express, to be witnessed in your rawness and in your beauty. A space to reclaim your softness as strength.

Through laughter, tears, stillness, and movement—we unravel what no longer belongs, and welcome home the parts of us that have been forgotten or exiled.

And we do it together.

Not just a retreat but a weaving of hearts, a living mandala of souls choosing to walk the path of truth, vulnerability, and love.

Naked Soul Experience is a community immersion, a remembering, and a sacred commitment to living as Love—not only for eight days, but far beyond.

What to Expect

This journey unfolds like a river—alive, responsive, and intuitive. Rather than following a strict program, the experience is held within a fluid structure that honours the needs of the group and the wisdom of the moment.

Our facilitators are here to listen, co-create, and guide with presence, offering tools, rituals, and practices that gently support you in your own intimate unfolding.

The Naked Arena

We like to meet each others in the freshness of our presence, so every day becomes a doorway- an invitation to come home to yourself, to move through your inner landscapes with tenderness and truth, bringing your sacred inner rhythm in harmony with the rhythm of the group.

Here, transformation doesn’t come through force, but through gentle honesty, breath by breath, allowing us to listen to what lives beneath the surface:

• We learn to feel our emotions fully—welcoming them without judgment or shame.
• We move with intention, letting the body express what words cannot; relaxing and opening the nervous system to feel again, to release, to awaken, and allow life back in.
• We slow down to observe the mind—its habits and its fears—with compassion and curiosity, so we become aware of the patterns that shaped us, and we can break them.
• And, over time, we let go of the old stories that no longer support us, making space for something more real and more alive, loosening the grip of who we think we are, to remember who we’ve always been.

Evening Rituals

In the evenings, we enter sacred spaces of deep intimacy and presence—rituals of conscious touch, consent, boundaries, and connection. These are gentle explorations of what it means to be seen, to be safe, and to be open, in body and heart.

Community as Sanctuary

At the heart of Naked Soul Experience is the community we create together.

A circle of souls choosing to show up—real, messy, radiant.

Through shared meals, silent mornings, sacred play, and heart-led sharing, we create a field of safety, trust, and deep care.

You are never alone here.

You will be seen. You will be held.
And you will hold others, just by being who you are.

Practices You May Experience

The retreat blends a variety of embodied, emotional, and spiritual practices—including:

• Active, silent, walking, and guided meditations
• Sharing Circles, Mirroring, Way of Council, and Forum
• Conscious movement: Yoga, Qi Gong, Ecstatic Dance, Contact Improvisation
• Breath-work and Pranayama
• Emotional empowerment and somatic release
• Boundaries, consent, and touch-based practices
• Somatic practices from Sexological Bodywork enabling us to explore self love & sexuality
• Journaling, reflection, integration time
• Conscious, plant-based nourishment

Removing Distractions
Please notice that during the 8 days we invite you to take a sacred pause from all distractions.

This translates in a proper detox from technology (phones, computers, watches, and screens in general will be collected at the beginning of the retreat).

We also remove any form of stimulants coming from our food intake, as sugar and caffeine for example. The reason being is that a less stimulated body creates a more relaxed nervous system, so we can all drop into a space where we really feel what’s alive inside, instead of using familiar coping mechanisms to deal with the discomfort that might rise through the different practices.

Subsequently no alcohol nor tobacco nor any other drugs/plant medicine are allowed in the space.

The detox element is really functional for the inner work you’ll be doing. So we invite you to look at this aspect as an exploration of who you are when you unplug from the outside world and turn your gaze inward. This is not about control: it’s about curiosity, about creating a clearer container for the experience.

Gift Culture & Ubuntu
For a decade, NAKED was built on a purely gift-based model, inspired by Ubuntu: “I am because we are.” Allowing participants to determine their own exchange after the experience taught us the power of generosity, trust, and community. However, as our vision grows, and our team, venue, and logistical needs expand, we’ve recognised the need for a sustainable baseline to ensure that NAKED Soul can continue to flourish.

• Our ideal investment of €1888 for our 8-day NAKED Soul Experience, would cover all essential costs—venue, food, facilitation, and team support; it would help us also to operate sustainably while honouring those who make these events possible; and it could potentially create the space to “pay it forward” for souls that feel the call to join Naked but have financial struggles. This is what we call Supportive Vision Commitment. At the same time we love to make this event accessible for all financial means, so we offer two more option, Heartfelt, and Soulful commitment.
• SchoLOVEships:where possible, we provide two 50% reduced-cost spaces for those genuinely unable to meet the full investments. This keeps the container accessible, honouring our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
• Expanded Giving:In the spirit of Gift Culture, we still invite participants to contribute more than the base if they feel inspired. Additional gifts go into a communal pot to support future events and sponsor those who can’t afford it. It’s our way of “paying it forward”, so that nobody is turned away for lack of funds.

We remain deeply inspired by models like Vipassana, where those who have the means help to fund the experience for others. While we’re not in a position yet to offer fully gift-based retreats again, we carry forward the essence of generosity and interdependence. The Venue: Serra Vida

The place where magic will happen!

The ACCOMMODATION at Serra Vida is designed to create balance between community and personal time.
Between 4 Studios, 1 River Cottage, 1 Mill House, and 1 Glamping tent, guests will share the sleeping space with max 3-4 people per accommodation (depending on the number of participants), each featuring a private bathroom and a personal terrace.This thoughtful setup encourages a sense of togetherness while still offering privacy.
The venue’s expansive outdoor spaces provide ample opportunities to spend time with oneself, reflect, and integrate the practices and rituals in your own time, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature.

The YOGA SHALA is one of the most beautiful spots on the land, throning on top of the valley with breathtaking views, and a beautiful deck to lounge on before and after classes and workshops.
The energy and view are truly magic, and the smell of eucalyptus and pine trees that surround the space will anchor you into the present moment during your practices.

The beautiful saltwater POOL with natural slate stone walls invites you to cool down during the hottest hours of the day; ideal to chill, relax, and hang out during off-time. On top of the valley you get to enjoy the birds-eye view from the VIEWING DECK: a place for true clarity, where you can welcome the new day or enjoy the evening under the starry sky.
