NAKED SOUL EXPERIENCE
NAKED Soul Experience is a space for collective evolution.
For 8 transformative days, we will take you on a deep dive back to your essence.
Embraced by the serene energy of Serra Vida, a breathtaking venue surrounded by wild nature, you will immerse yourself in a space of connection, discovery and liberation.
In this sacred container we step into the “naked circle” through daily practices and nourishing rituals, where the invitation is to enliven our soul, heighten our awareness, and embody our naked truth.
Guided by the fundamental pillars of breath, movement, sound, and touch, you will explore what it means to live naked in your soul, unburdened by fear and free from attachments.
Together, we meet our most vulnerable edges. We cry, we laugh, we unravel what has been held within and what holds us back. And in doing so, we reclaim our right to live fully.
The NAKED Soul vision goes beyond a single gathering. This is how we live and show up; and we’re here to build a global community of courageous souls, bound by a shared commitment to living authentically—not just for a week, but for life.
This is about creating connections that endure, offering support long after the retreat ends, and giving you a taste of what life feels like when lived fully awaken as Love.

What to expect
NAKED Soul Experience is a living, breathing playground—a sacred and brave container for exploration. Due to its nature, it doesn’t fit into a rigid programme, but rather a flexible structure that can respond to the needs of the whole group.
The facilitators will listen, adapt, co-create and hold the space with intention and guidance, offering tools, rituals, and practices.
NAKED Arena
Each day unfolds with intentional practices designed to guide you through emotional exploration, embodiment, and conscious self-inquiry.
You will learn how to:
- Feel your emotions: recognising them fully; allowing all of them to be, without judgement.
- Move your energy: alchemising your emotions through physical movement, you release tension and numbness from your multidimensional body, and reconnect to your vitality, clearing the space for life force energy to flow through you again.
- Observe your mind: cultivating awareness of habits, patterns, and attachments.
- Detach from self-identification: releasing the binding to the fears and stories that are blocking you from living as the Love that you already are.
Evening Rituals
Enter the sacred realm of conscious touch, boundaries, consent and sacred sexuality, offering a safe space to explore intimacy, presence, and connection.
Community Support
Together, we build a foundation of trust, consistency, and mutual support. Through play, laughter, tears and deep sharing, you experience the power of being truly seen and held.

This experience is free from mobile phones, computers, stimulants, drugs, alcohol and animal products. We take a rest from these aspects of living to see what arises when we put them on hold and be with the space this decision creates for us. The invitation is to explore our relationship to them, not to attempt to convert you into any dogmatic ideas, but purely for the process of self-inquiry.
Gift Culture & Ubuntu
For nearly a decade, NAKED was built on a purely gift-based model, inspired by Ubuntu: “I am because we are.” Allowing participants to determine their own exchange after the experience taught us the power of generosity, trust, and community. However, as our vision grows and our team, venue, and logistical needs expand, we’ve recognised the need for a sustainable baseline to ensure that NAKED Soul can continue to flourish.
- Base Contribution: We’ve set a price of €1888 for our 8-day NAKED Soul Experience. This amount covers essential costs—venue, food, facilitation, and team support—helping us operate sustainably while honouring those who make these events possible.
- SchoLOVEships: We provide two 50% reduced-cost spaces for those genuinely unable to meet the full cost. This keeps the container accessible, honouring our commitment to diversity and inclusivity.
- Expanded Giving: In the spirit of Gift Culture, we still invite participants to contribute more than the base if they feel inspired. Additional gifts go into a communal pot to support future events and sponsor those who can’t afford it. It’s our way of “paying it forward”, so that nobody is turned away for lack of funds.
We remain deeply inspired by models like Vipassana, where those who have the means help to fund the experience for others. While we’re not in a position yet to offer fully gift-based retreats again, we carry forward the essence of generosity and interdependence. The Venue: Serra Vida
The place where magic will happen!
The ACCOMMODATION at Serra Vida is designed to create balance between community and personal time.
Between 4 Studios, 1 River Cottage, 1 Mill House, and 1 Glamping tent, guests will share the sleeping space with max 3-4 people per accommodation (depending on the number of participants), each featuring a private bathroom and a personal terrace.This thoughtful setup encourages a sense of togetherness while still offering privacy.
The venue’s expansive outdoor spaces provide ample opportunities to spend time with oneself, reflect, and integrate the practices and rituals in your own time, surrounded by the serene beauty of nature.
The YOGA SHALA is one of the most beautiful spots on the land, throning on top of the valley with breathtaking views, and a beautiful deck to lounge on before and after classes and workshops.
The energy and view are truly magic, and the smell of eucalyptus and pine trees that surround the space will anchor you into the present moment during your practices.
The beautiful saltwater POOL with natural slate stone walls invites you to cool down during the hottest hours of the day; ideal to chill, relax, and hang out during off-time. On top of the valley you get to enjoy the birds-eye view from the VIEWING DECK: a place for true clarity, where you can welcome the new day or enjoy the evening under the starry sky.
