Our story

How it began

NAKED Soul is a movement founded over a decade ago, starting with 16 participants in Malta. What began as physical retreats has grown into NAKED Soul Life: a space for radical authenticity, community and inner transformation.

At its core is the work of meeting the stories, shame and conditioning that keep us from feeling whole.

Simon Transparently

Founder and Lead Facilitator

Simon leads our events and retreats with heart and a whole heap of laughter. Passionate about trauma transformation, IFS, yoga, meditation and erotic sovereignty. Also book author of Burglar to Buddha and Self Love Now.

Kate Kairos

Creatrix & curious questioner of the human experience

Kate is a traveller of inner and outer worlds. She did some archaeological digging on herself and discovered a deep intrigue with the worlds of sexuality & relating. She speaks bits of 5 languages and is learning two new ones: Swiss German and transparent communication.

Simon Spicy

Organiser and Co-Facilitator

Simon is the lead organiser of our retreats and co-facilitator with the team. Also a certified Sexological Bodyworker and Somatic Sex Educator, offering support to the NakedSoul Community and host of a podcast about bodywork.
