Come as you are and dance with us. Naked Ecstatic Dance is a free online gathering where we move together, each in our own space, with no steps to follow and nothing to get right.
Find a space where you feel safe and undisturbed, dim the lights and let your body lead. Shake, stretch, sway or stand still. Dance in whatever you feel comfortable in: nudity is always optional. Being naked here means dancing honestly, without performing.
