An 8-day retreat to awaken your aliveness through the primal intelligence of breath, the expression of movement, the freedom of sound, and the healing power of touch, you will awaken what has always been within you.
Hosted by Simon Paul Sutton and Sylvi Cares, this retreat is born from the desire to offer our embodied exploration and shared experience of the alchemical power of intentional group spaces, which at this time we feel are needed more than ever before. To come together as a community for 8 days is a great gift to self and a great response to what is happening in the world. As within so without.

What to expect
In a world that often numbs, suppresses, or overstimulates, we come together to reconnect to what is real. Through conscious embodiment, we reawaken our natural joy, eros, and soul vitality.
Guided by the four elemental gateways—breath, movement, sound, and touch—we will soften the armor, melt the masks, and listen deeply to what wants to move through us.
ALIVE is not a fixed path—it’s a living, breathing sanctuary where you’re invited to meet yourself as you are, and gently expand into more of who you came here to be.
This is a space of remembrance, reclamation, and self-initiated transformation.
Each day unfolds with care and presence, guided by the rhythms of the group and the wisdom of your body.

Daily invitations into your body’s truth—through breathwork, intuitive movement, contact improvisation, ecstatic dance, meditation, voice liberation, and presence-centered connection.

We’ll be joined by beloved guest facilitators Sascha and Chiva for a powerful full-day workshop that enables deep inner experiences comparable to psychedelic processes. Accelerated breathing and trance music from around the world, combined with bodywork,
Sacred Bodywork
A full day devoted to learning and exploring this potent somatic practice with deep respect, presence, and care. We approach this with full transparency, choice, and reverence for boundaries—this is about healing, not performance.

Anchored in archetypal play, energy cultivation, and ecstatic surrender.

Contribution & Sliding Scale
This retreat is offered with deep care — not just as an experience, but as a living model of shared responsibility, truth, and community. Your contribution helps us cover real costs while inviting those with more resources to support access for others.
All prices include 8 days of nourishing food, 7 nights of luxurious, comfortable accommodation, and the full retreat journey.
You’ll sleep in cozy rooms or beautifully set-up glamping tents with full beds — a space to truly rest, reset, and be held by the land.
Base cost for food & accommodation: €95/day × 7 = €665 per person
We require a minimum of 10 souls at the lowest tier to meet our baseline costs.

We offer three contribution tiers. Please take a moment to reflect on your financial reality and choose the one that feels most aligned. No proof is needed — we trust you.
Tier 1 – Community Access

For those with limited income, little or no savings, or who may be recovering from financial strain. Your presence matters — this tier exists to keep the circle open to all.
Tier 2 – True Cost

This reflects the actual cost of the retreat, including facilitation, luxurious accommodation, meals, and organizational support. Choose this if it’s affordable without significant strain.
Tier 3 – Abundant Support
€1588+
For those with stable income, financial ease, or access to wealth. This tier helps sustain the work and subsidise those paying less. Thank you for paying it forward.

The Venue: Serra Vida
Nestled in the wild nature of Portugal, Serra Vida is a sanctuary for the soul. With lush valleys, a saltwater pool, expansive views, and dedicated spaces for movement and stillness, it’s the perfect backdrop for this journey.
