NAKED Soul

About

Our story

How it began

NAKED Soul is a movement founded over a decade ago, starting with 16 participants in Malta. What began as physical retreats has grown into NAKED Soul Life: a space for radical authenticity, community and inner transformation.

At its core is the work of meeting the stories, shame and conditioning that keep us from feeling whole.

The invitation

What is NAKED Soul?

Being NAKED means living authentically in every dimension of life, not only physically. We offer a sanctuary that favours genuine presence over quick fixes.

Shadow work

Meeting the parts of ourselves we have learned to hide, with honesty and support.

Play

Rediscovering lightness, humour and curiosity as a way back to ourselves.

Sovereignty & innocence

Reclaiming erotic sovereignty and the innocence beneath the conditioning.

Good to know

A word on being NAKED

Nudity is always optional. Being NAKED is also about our feelings, thoughts, words and actions, and about how honestly we show up with them.
